THIS TERMS OF SERVICE (AGREEMENT) GOVERNS YOUR FREE TRIAL OF THE SERVICES. IF YOU PURCHASE OUR SERVICES, THIS AGREEMENT WILL ALSO GOVERN YOUR PURCHASE AND ONGOING USE OF THOSE SERVICES.

BY UTILIZING OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, YOU OR THE ENTITY OR COMPANY THAT YOU REPRESENT (CUSTOMER) ARE UNCONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT. CUSTOMER’S CONTINUED USE OF ANY SERVICES OF LABVIDZ.COM (LABVIDZ) SHALL ALSO CONSTITUTE ASSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

LabVidz provides a service, wrapped around open-source (GPL) software, and hosted on 3rd-party server space dedicated to each particular customer. We utilize certain software and hosting derived from 3rd parties, who may have their own terms of service, warranties, or other restrictions that apply to each customer.

LabVidz provides an unconditional 48-hour money-back satisfaction guarantee on all new paid accounts, as well as a promise to act in good-faith and best-efforts at all times to resolve any technical questions or issues that may arise. After your 48-hour test-flight is completed, your initial setup and first month of service charges become non-refundable. You do, however, retain an unconditional right to cancel your service at any time after this first month of non-refundable paid setup/service, no questions asked. Upon any cancellation of our service, your hosting will be suspended at the end of that non-refundable billing cycle and you will be provided with a full backup of your site data via online delivery.

All software and services offered by LabVidz are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service (or any part thereof) is entirely at your sole risk and expense.

LabVidz is a white-label service and we do not provide any marketing of our brand upon your site. Many of the plugins or themes offered as part of the LabVidz Solution have author attribution within their code base as part of their GPL, copyright, or other licensing. It is 100% your own discretion whether to retain any such attribution for your individual site, so long as you comply with the license and copyright requirements regarding the same.
